​A nine-year-old version of the Creature from the Black Lagoon (a fish-boy or gill- man, er, boy), Lum is easily excited, but sickly and small for his age. He desperately wants to be a hero, but he’s afraid he’ll never be more than a sickly child. He is extraordinarily strong and can communicate telepathically.
